No. I provide software delivery and team leadership. Your legal counsel handles immigration strategy; I make sure you still ship product while they sort it out. All messaging stays inside that boundary.
How fast can we start?
Once we align on scope, we can sign a simple MSA + SOW and begin within 24–48 hours. I work remotely from the EU/US time overlap and sync to your existing rituals.
What about rates compared to visa hires?
