Refund Policy

Our refund process is quick. Here's how it works.
Before the discovery call
Full refund, no questions asked. Email hello@ddz.dev any time before we've held the kickoff call and the full amount goes back to your card within a few business days.
After the discovery call, before delivery
If we've held the call but I haven't yet delivered the written 30-day action plan, you can cancel for a 50% refund within 7 days of the call. The other 50% covers the call itself and the prep work behind it.
After delivery
Once the 30-day action plan has been delivered, the engagement is considered complete and refunds aren't available. If something in the deliverable is materially wrong, contact me. I'll fix it at no extra charge rather than refund.
How to request a refund
Email hello@ddz.dev from the address you used to buy. Include your Stripe receipt or order ID if you have it handy. Refunds go back to the original payment method via Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
Chargebacks
If something feels wrong, please email me first. Stripe chargebacks are a slow, expensive process for both of us, and most of the time the underlying issue can be resolved in a single message.
