Terms of Service
Last updated: April 27, 2026
These terms cover paid consulting work purchased through ddz.dev. They're written to be readable, not bulletproof. If something here is unclear, ask.
Who you're buying from
The merchant of record is ddz.dev LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company based at 75 E 3rd St, Ste 7, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. Contact: hello@ddz.dev.
What you're buying
Each paid offer on this site lists exactly what's included. Usually that's a discovery call, one or more written deliverables, and a finite engagement window. The page describing the offer is the source of truth for scope.
Work that falls outside the listed scope can be added by mutual agreement, billed separately at an hourly rate quoted in advance.
Payment
Payment is taken at purchase via Stripe in US dollars. ddz.dev LLC never sees your full card number. Stripe handles that end of things. Receipts come from Stripe; a separate fulfillment email comes from us with next steps and the link to schedule your discovery call.
Refunds and cancellation
See the Refund Policy.
Confidentiality
Anything you share during a paid engagement (credentials, architecture diagrams, billing data, code) is treated as confidential and used only to do the work you hired me for. Aggregated, anonymized observations may be discussed publicly (for example, in blog posts) without identifying you or your systems.
Liability
Consulting deliverables are advisory. You're responsible for any changes you make to your own systems based on those deliverables, including testing, review, and rollback. ddz.dev LLC's total liability under any paid engagement is limited to the amount you paid for that engagement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. The terms in effect at the moment you completed your purchase apply to that purchase.
